Discussions on the Mass Work of Highway Labor Union during Social Transformation Times

文章基于社会转型时期河池公路管理局工会群众工作实际,分析了新时期公路工会群众工作中存在的问题,提出改进公路工会群众工作的对策与建议,以建设服务型、法治型、活力型工会,积极作为服务职工群众。

Based on the mass work practices of Labor Union of Hechi Highway Administration Bureau during social transformation times,this article analyzed the existing problems in the mass work of highway Labor Union in such new era, proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the mass work of highway Labor Union, aiming to build the service-oriented, rule-based, and dynamic Labor Unions so as to actively serve the masses and workers.
