摘要
激光立体成形技术是一项先进的增材制造技术,在航空航天等高技术领域具有广泛的应用前景。研究针对飞机结构件中的相交筋板结构,探讨相交部位结构的常规设计对激光立体成形冶金质量的影响及机理,进而根据激光立体成形路径规划特点提出相交部位的优化结构设计,改善冶金质量,并进行成形实验验证。
Laser solid forming (LSF)is a promising additive manufacturing technology in the aerospace field. In this study, the part with the cross plate structure was fabricated by LSF, the effects of the cross plate structure by the traditional design on the metallurgical quality were investigated, and the influence mechanism was also discussed. Further, the optimization design of the cross plate structure was proposed according to the feature of route planning in LSF to improve the metallurgical quality, and the verifying experiment was also carried out.
