基于血凝素的新型流感疫苗的研究进展

Progress in research on hemagglutinin-based novel influenza vaccines

现有流感疫苗虽然能够预防季节性流感,但不能有效防控流感大流行。在本世纪初人类社会面临H5N1禽流感和H1N1猪源流感等大流行威胁的前提下,欧美各国政府和疫苗企业加速了新型流感疫苗的研发进程。血凝素是现有流感疫苗的主要有效成分,也是诱生保护性抗体的主要抗原,因此成为新型流感疫苗抗原设计的热门靶点。本文就近年来基于血凝素的新型流感疫苗的研究进展作一综述。

Current influenza vaccines used for the control of seasonal influenza are not sufficient in the case of influenza pandemic. Under the threats of H5N1 avian influenza virus and H1N1 swine-origin influenza virus in the first decade of this millennium,European and American countries have sped the research and development of novel influenza vaccines. As the major protective antigen of current influenza vaccines,hemagglutinin has become the primary target of novel influenza vaccine antigen design. In this article the progress in research on various hemagglutinin-based novel influenza vaccines are reviewed.
