老年男性2型糖尿病患者血清内脂素水平与糖脂代谢的关系

Correlation of plasma visfatin and glucose lipid metabolism in elder male with type 2diabetes mellitus

目的探讨老年男性2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清内脂素水平与糖脂代谢的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定老年男性T2DM患者61例(A组)和非糖尿病老年男性患者57例(B组)血清内脂素水平,同时测定两组血压、空腹血糖、血脂水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、体重指数和腰臀比。结果 A组内脂素水平高于B组[(21.3±5.4)μg/L vs.(14.7±5.2)μg/L](P<0.05),内脂素水平与腰臀比和体重指数呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论老年男性T2DM患者血清内脂素水平增高;内脂素可能参与老年男性T2DM肥胖、胰岛功能受损的发生发展。

Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma visfatin level and glucose lipid metabolism in eldly male with type 2 diabetic mellitus（T2DM）. Methods With ELISA method, plasma visfatin was examined in 61 elder patients with T2DM（group A） and 57 elder males without T2DM （group B）. The body mass index （BMI）, height, blood pressure, waist circumference, hip circumference, plasma lipids and fasting glucose were measured. The insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR） and waist-to-hip ratio（WHR） were calculated. Results Plasma visfatin was higher in group A than that in group B[（21.3±5.4）μg/L vs. （14. 7±5.2）μg/L] （P〈0. 05）. Plasma level of visfatin was positively correlated with BMI and WHR （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Plasma levels of visfatin is increased in the elderly with T2DM. The visfatin appears to participate in the development of obesity and impaired islet function.
