CD44v6和MMP-7蛋白在胃癌组织中表达及意义 被引量:4

Expression and significance of CD44v6 and MMP-7 in gastric carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨CD44v6和基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP-7)蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测病理诊断胃癌(A组,98例)和良性胃病变黏膜组织(B组,20例)患者的CD44v6和MMP-7的表达。结果 A组CD44v6阳性表达率高于B组(59.2%vs.15.0%)(P<0.01);A组MMP-7阳性表达率为69.4%,B组MMP-7的表达均为阴性。A组D44v6的阳性表达率与胃癌的肿瘤浸润深度、大体分型、临床肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05),MMP-7的阳性表达率与胃癌的肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴转移、分化程度、大体分型、临床肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05)。CD44v6与MMP-7蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.01)。结论 CD44v6和MMP-7蛋白表达与胃癌的浸润和转移有关,可作为胃癌浸润和转移的重要判定指标。 Objeetive To explore the eapression and significance of CD44v6 and matrix metalloproteinase-7(MMP-7) in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expressions of CIM4v6 and MMP-7 in pathologically diagnosed gastric cancer tissues(group A, 98 cases) and normal gastric mucosa(group B, 20 cases) were detected immunohistochemically. Results The positive expression rate of CD44v6 was higher in group A than that in group 13(59. 2% vs. 15.0%)(P〈0. 01). The positive expression rate of MMP-7 in group A was 69. 4% ,which was negative in group B. The positive expression rate of CD44v6 was significantly correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, gross classification and TNM stages(P〈0. 05). The positive expression rate of MMP-7 was statistically associated with the depth of tumor invasion, lymphatic metastasis, the degree of tumor differentiation, gross classification and TNM stages(P〈0. 05). The expression of CD44v6 was correlated with that of MMP-7 (r=0. 401, P〈0. 01). Conclusion The expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-7 are correlated to the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. CD44v6 and MMP-7 protein can be used as the important indexes in evaluating the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
