摘要
目的探讨儿童弱视对平衡功能的影响。方法弱视儿童64例(弱视组),对照组为正常儿童72例。采用固定平台睁眼(NO)、固定平台闭眼(NC)、海绵垫平面睁眼(PO)和海绵垫平面闭眼(PC)四种姿势状态描记术,运用Tetrax平衡仪对两组儿童的平衡功能进行客观量化评定。结果在NO、NC和PC状态下,两组儿童的平衡功能参数及傅立叶(Fourier)参数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在PO状态下,弱视组平衡功能参数高于对照组(139.26±12.58vs.109.73±18.35)(P<0.05),弱视组儿童在F1和F7-8频段的傅立叶参数大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论弱视儿童能保持正常平衡功能,但存在视觉代偿缺陷。
Objective To investigate the effect of amblyopia on the balance function in children. Methods With Sunlight's Tetrax Interactive Balance System, the balance function was tested under 4 postures of firm surface with eyes opened(NO), firm surface with eyes closed(NC), foam surface with eyes opened(PO) and foam surface with eyes closed(PC) in 64 children with amblyopia (group A) and 72 healthy children(group B). Results There were no significant differences in the balance indicators and Fourier parameters under NO, NC and PC between two groups(P〉0. 05). Under PO condition, the balance indicator of group A was higher than that of group B[(139.26 ±12.58) vs. (109.73±18.35)](P〈0. 05). Fourier parameters at F1 and F7-8 were higher in group A than those in group B(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Amblyopia children can keep normal balance function, but have visual deficit.
