以带状疱疹首发的艾滋病并发铜绿假单胞菌性肺炎和艾滋病脑病1例

Herpes Zoster as the Initial Symptom of AIDS Complicated with Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Pneumonia and AIDS Encephalopathy

患者男,83岁。右侧胸背部疼痛1周,群集性水疱3d,伴咳嗽、咳痰,活动后喘息。该病例初表现为带状疱疹,入院查HIV初筛、确诊试验均阳性,1周后并发铜绿假单胞菌性肺炎,入院9d出现神经精神症状,并发艾滋病脑病,最后死亡。诊断:艾滋病合并带状疱疹并发铜绿假单胞菌性肺炎和艾滋病脑病。

An 83-year-old man presented with chest pain on the right side for 1 week,followed by cluster of blisters for 3 days. lie also had cough, expectoration, and hyperpnea after activity. HIV was double-confirmed positive. Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia and neurological symptoms were found respectively one week and 9 days after. The patient eventually died due to AIDS encephalopathy. The patient can be diagnosed as AIDS compli- cated with herpes zoster,Pseudnmonas aeruginosa pneumonia and AIDS encephalopathy.
