老年瘙痒的病因及治疗

瘙痒是一种能引起强烈挠抓欲望的不愉快感觉。老年瘙痒是指发生在老年人的、由多种内外因素引起的皮肤瘙痒,病因难以确定,且老年人常因服用多种药物而使瘙痒的原因更加复杂。故每个老年瘙痒患者均应全面寻找发病原因,挖掘瘙痒背后的潜在系统疾病,其止痒治疗应个体化。近年来我们对于各类瘙痒的关键介质及其受体的了解有较大进展,为确定特殊类型瘙痒的最佳疗法提供了可能。

Pruritus is an uncomfortable sensation leading to the strong desire to scratch. Pruritus in elderly results from a variety of intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The cause is difficult to define ,and the elder often takes a number of medicines simultaneously due to other healthy problems, which makes the identification of caucasive factors more complicated. Therefore, every patient should be comprehensively screened for triggers, finding the poten- tial systematic diseases associated to itch, and the individualized antipruritic therapy should be applied. In re- cent years,our understanding of crucial itch mediators and receptors in the various subforms of itch has great progress, it provide the possibility to determine the best therapy of the special type itching.
