有机磷农药甲拌磷(3911)致疑似药物超敏综合征1例 被引量：1

摘要 1临床资料 患者女，27岁。自服有机磷农药甲拌磷（3911）后错迷1611送入院。患者既往体健，否认药物过敏史。入院查体：口吐白沫，双上肢抽搐，大汗淋漓，口鼻多量分泌物，呼吸困难，大小便失禁，T：40℃，P131次／min，R20次／min，BP130／70mmHg，瞳孔等大等圆，光反射迟钝，HR131次／min，心律齐，双肺呼吸音正常，
