细胞蜡块在淋巴结细针针吸标本免疫组化和EBER检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 细针吸取细胞学( fine needle aspiration cytology, FNAC)是一种简便快速、创伤性小并较为准确的细胞病理学诊断方法。该方法通过细针吸取采集标本,对人体实质性器官的肿瘤及非肿瘤性病变的诊断及筛查有极大的临床意义。由于其具有诊断准确、快速、简单易行、创伤性小等特点,很容易被广大患者接受。传统做法通过离心、涂片、染色的切片进行基本初筛,目前应用很广泛,但仍存在诸多不足之处,尤其在免疫细胞化学和原位杂交检测中,如EB病毒检测(EBER检测)应用中,传统涂片的细胞有时较少,易出现假阴性;涂片厚薄不均而致阳性物质定位不清出现假阳性;
