子宫、结肠同时性二重癌合并输卵管异位妊娠1例

摘要
患者女性，4l岁，因“阴道排液伴异味，性交后阴道出血2个月”人院。B超示：子宫腔及子宫颈内中等回声，性质待定。遂行子宫腔诊刮术，诊刮组织病理检查提示：子宫内膜腺癌。近2天右下腹胀痛，为求进一步治疗而入院。术中所见：子宫如孕6周大小，表面光滑，右侧输卵管壶腹部肿大增粗，左侧输卵管及双侧卵巢外观正常。
