摘要
介绍了以转炉冶炼→ L F 炉精炼→连铸→高速线材轧机轧制 ,生产低碳低硅拉制钢丝用的BL 1盘条的试生产工艺及拉拔试验的情况。结果表明 ,BL 1线材完全能替代湘钢原平炉—模铸工艺生产的 C1F线材 ,其化学成分合格 。
Test of production of BL1 drawing wire by revolting furnace-LF furnace-continuous caster-high speed wire mill was done. BL1 steel was low-Carbon and low-Silicon steel. Results showed that chemical constitution of BL1 coil was acceptability, its property was very well. The coils could be substituted for C1F coil produced by open-hearth furnace-orthodox casting.
