摘要
收集15例醛固酮瘤组织和3例正常肾上腺皮质组织,利用Real-timePCR和甲基化特异性PCR法分析多巴胺D2受体(Dopamine receptorD2,DRD2)的表达和甲基化情况。发现DRD2在病例组表达下调,DRD2启动子区域的甲基化部分参与醛固酮瘤该基因低表达的发生。
Real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and methylation-specific PCR were used to test the expression of dopamine receptor D2 (DRD2) and the level of DNA methylation by screening 15 cases of aldosterone- producing adenoma(APA) and 3 normal adrenal cortex samples, mRNA level of DRD2 in APA was significantly lower than that in normal adrenal cortex. The methylated DRD2 plays a partial role in the expression of APA.
