摘要
钢帘线生产中,黄铜镀层存在一定缺陷。研制了防腐性能优于黄铜的ZnCo镀层,其粘结性能亦优良。户内外试验进一步证明了此结果。
Brass coating for steel tire cord has several disadvantages. ZnCo coating with corrosion resistance supe rior to the brass is developed, whose adhesion is also good. The new steel cord coating alloy was evaluated by indoor and outdoor tests on tire belts and compared with the brass alloy, which shows good results.
