摘要
采用水热法制备鸟巢状ZnO微球,通过XRD、SEM和HRTEM对鸟巢状ZnO微球进行形貌观察和晶体结构分析。结果表明,鸟巢状ZnO微球由许多ZnO纳米棒(片)构成,结晶性好,比表面积大,这些ZnO纳米棒沿[0110]方向定向生长;用旋转涂覆法将鸟巢状ZnO微球涂覆到FTO玻璃(F:SnO2)导电面上并组装成染料敏化太阳能电池(dye-sensitized solar cell,缩写为DSSC);通过光伏曲线测试分析,研究涂覆次数对太阳能电池性能的影响,在模拟太阳光下DSSC的光电转换效率为0.63%。
Nest-like ZnO microspheres were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The microstructure and phase of nest-like ZnO microsphere were analyzed by XRD, SEM and HRTEM. The results indicate that nest-like ZnO microsphere is made up of many ZnO nano-rods (or films) with single crystal and large surface area. These nano-rods grow along the direction of [0110], then the nest-like ZnO microspheres are coated onto FTO (F :SnO2) glass by spin coating method and assembled into DSSC. The PV test results show that DSSC has a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 0.63% under simulated sunlight.
