摘要
云南鹤庆高铁铝土矿由于其铁品位较高,不能运用在当地石油压裂支撑剂的生产。为了对当地的铝土矿资源进行有效利用,通过焙烧-磁选法进行降铁实验,研究了焙烧时间、焙烧温度、还原剂用量、强磁磁选强度和磨矿细度对实验结果的影响。最终,得到了满足石油压裂支撑剂工业生产要求的铝土矿。
The high ferric bauxite with a lot of ferric can not be used in oil hydraulic fracture proppant production. In order to effectively take advantage of local bauxite resources, the roasting-magnetic separation experiment was used to try to remove the ferric. The effects of roasting time, roasting temperature, coke dosage, grinding fineness and magnetic field intensity on the experimental results were studied. And then, the bauxite requirements of the industrial production of oil fracturing proppant can be met.
