摘要
采用自主研发的SLM设备成形AlSi10Mg合金粉末,优化成形工艺参数,并采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析了影响SLM成形AlSi10Mg性能的因素,为SLM成形高性能的航空航天零件奠定了基础。
A1SilOMg alloy powder was formed with independent research SLM equipment. The forming process parameters were optimized by optical microscope and SEM. The factors affecting the property of SLM forming AISilOMg were analyzed, which can contribute theoretical foundation for SLM forming aerospace parts with high-performance.
