摘要 采用包埋渗工艺在TC4合金表面分别制备了单独渗Si层和Si-Y共渗层,分析了各渗层的结构及相组成,并对Si-Y共渗层的摩擦磨损性能进行了讨论。结果表明:单独渗Si层和Si-Y共渗层均由TiSi2外层和Ti5Si4内层组成;Y的添加具有显著的催渗作用。摩擦磨损实验结果表明,Si-Y共渗层能够显著增加TC4合金的摩擦磨损抗力。 Single silicide and Si-Y co-deposition coatings were prepared on TC4 alloy by using the pack cementation process. The microstructure, constituent phases of the two coatings as well as the friction-wear resistance of Si-Y co-deposition coating were studied. The results show that both coatings are mainly composed of TiSi2 out layers and TisSi4 inner layers. The addition of Y in the coating can result in a larger coating thickness. The results of wear test show that Si-Y co-deposition coating can improve the wear resistance of TC4 alloy significantly.
