摘要
对2Cr13进行渗碳淬火,表面强度和耐磨性将大幅提高,可获得相当于冷作模具钢Cr12MoV的硬度,而心部保持原有良好的韧性,渗碳层表面硬度在次表层约0.1 mm处达到峰值,在制作模具成型零件时,可在工件表面研去一薄层,以获得较高的表面硬度。采用此法制造的钢丝精整冷轧辊轮经实际生产考核,能够达到生产工艺要求,使用寿命与进口辊轮相当,制造成本低廉。
After carburization and quenching of 2Crl 3, the surface strength and wear resistance can be sharply improved, and its hardness is equal to cold die mold steel Crl2MoV, but the toughness in the core keeps good and the surface hardness of carburization layer reaches the peak value in the subsurface. While manufacturing mold forming parts, a thin layer will be polished fi'om the part surface to acquire higher surface hardness. Thus, this kind of steel wire finishing cold die roller made with this method can reach the requirement of productive process, the working life is the same as imported rollers and thereis cheap manufacturing cost in practice.
