摘要 研究了喷射沉积Al-7Si-0.4Mg合金及其热处理工艺,确定了该材料的最佳热处理制度,通过光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜和力学性能测试等研究了喷射沉积材料热处理工艺及其对微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,喷射沉积工艺可有效细化铝合金晶粒和第二相尺寸,轧制和后续热处理进一步消除了材料内部孔洞等缺陷并使Si颗粒球化、促进第二相的弥散析出,阻碍位错移动,从而提高合金的力学性能。 Heat-treatment process of spray deposited A1-7Si-0.4Mg alloy was investigated and the optimum heat-treatment process was determined. The effects of heat-treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties were studied using OM, XRD, TEM and tensile test. The results show that the spray deposition can decrease the grain size and the second phrase in aluminum alloy. Rolling and subsequent heat treatment can eliminate porosity, modify Si particles and promote precipitation of the second phrase so as to improve mechanical properties.
