摘要
采用DSC、TEM及XRD检测手段,对在不同冷热结合预处理状态下,Fe65Ni1Al5Ga2P8.65B9.6Si3C5.75非晶条带晶化后的纳米晶形成及晶化体积分数进行了分析研究。结果表明:随预退火温度升高,晶化体积分数逐渐升高,在663K时达到了最高的32.0%;当预退火温度为713K,晶化体积分数反而降低为29.1%。随预退火温度的升高,析出相晶粒平均尺寸依次为39.9、22.3、16.7、13.5和16.2nm,主要呈现出逐渐减小的趋势。
The nano-meter crystal size and volume fraction of strip amorphous alloy Fe65NilA15Ga2P8.65B9.6Si3C5.75 which and been pretreated firstly in combination of cold and heat and then crystallized were studied by DSC, XRD and TEM. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, crystallization volume fraction increases gradually and reaches the highest 32% at 663 K. However, the crystallization volume fraction reduces to 29.1% when the temperature is 713 K. With the increase of annealing temperature, the average crystal size mainly presentes a decreasing trend, in sequence 39.9 nm, 22.3nm,16.7nm, 13.5nm, and 16.2nm.
