时效时间对AZ80镁合金残余变形的影响研究

摘要 通过对AZ80镁合金在不同时效时间后硬度、残余变形量的测量,总结了时效时间对残余变形量的影响规律。结果表明,175℃时效时,AZ80镁合金随时效时间的延长,硬度逐渐升高,20h时达到最大值,继续延长时效时间,硬度值稍有降低。时效10-30h,残余变形量逐渐减小;时效40h时,切口尺寸减小,残余变形量出现负值。AZ80镁合金在175℃下时效30-40h,可将残余变形量降到最低。 Effects of aging time on residual strain of AZ80 Mg alloy were investigated by measuring the residual strain and hardness after aging treatment at different time. The results show that the hardness increases along with the aging time and reaches the maximum hardness at 175 ℃ for 20 h, but it decreases with a longer time. The residual strain decreases gradually if the aging time increases from 10 h to 30 h. When it goes to 40 h, the dimension of the incision reduces, so the residual strain is negative. Finally, the results show that best time for a minimum residual strain of AZ80 magnesium alloy at 175 ℃ is between 30h and 40h.
