乙醇湿粘结技术对全酸蚀粘结剂粘结强度和杂化层形态的影响 被引量:2

Bond strength and the morphology of hybrid layers between dentin and composite resin bonded by ethanol-wet bonding method

摘要 目的:评价水湿粘结和乙醇湿粘结操作技术对即刻粘结强度和粘结耐久性的影响。方法:利用乙醇湿粘结、水湿粘结技术和全酸蚀粘结系统Single Bond 2(SB)以及Prime Bond NT(PB)制备牙本质片粘结试件。微拉伸实验检测即刻粘结强度;并测试老化处理(100 g/L次氯酸钠液浸泡2 h)后的粘结强度,扫描电镜观察各组杂化层的微观形貌。每项实验用5个粘结试件。结果:与水湿粘结技术相比,乙醇湿粘结技术可获得与PB组相似(P>0.05)或者比SB组更高(P<0.05)的即刻粘结强度;老化处理后的粘结强度显著高于相应的水湿粘结组(SB组和PB组)(P<0.05);乙醇湿粘结试件的杂化层清晰完整、质地均一。结论:乙醇湿粘结技术可提高全酸蚀粘结剂的牙本质粘结强度和粘结耐久性,获得界限明确、质地均一的杂化层。 AIM : To study the bond strength and the morphology of hybrid layers between dentin and com- posite resin bonded by ethanol-wet bonding method. METHODS: Standard dentin slices were prepared. The dentin slices were randomized into 4 groups according to bonding techniques (water and ethanol-wet bonding) and dental ad- hesives [ Single Bond 2 (SB) and Prime Bond NT (PB) 1. After etching and rinsing, dentin surfaces were treated by water-moist and ethanol respectively. Then SB and PB were respectively applied, composite build-ups were made. The bonded sampls were prepared into beams for microtensile bond strength evaluation with or without NaOCl chal- lenge. Morphology of hybrid layer was observed by SEM. 5 samples were used for each experiment. RESULTS : Com- pared with water-wet bonding, ethanol - wet bonding yielded comparable (P 〉 0.05 for PB) or higher (P 〈 0.05 for SB) 24 h bond strength, displayed significantly higher bond strength after chemical challenge ( P 〈 0.05, for the two adhe- sives), and produced more integrate and uniform hybrid layers. CONCLUSION: Ethanol-wet bonding can improve the bonding efficiency of contemporary etch-and-rinse adhesives, probably due to the good structure of hybrid layer.
