硼—稀土共渗石油钻机泥浆泵单金属缸套的研制

摘要 泥浆泵缸套是石油钻采机械中泥浆泵的主要易损件,它的寿命直接影响钻井效率和钻井质量。介绍了用硼—稀土共渗法制造泥浆泵缸套的实验研究及结果。试验表明,硼—稀土共渗层在磨粒磨损使用条件下具有较高的耐磨性,用这种方法制造的缸套,不但工艺简单,成本低。而且在同样试验条件下,缸套的寿命比高铬铸铁作内衬的双金属缸套高。推荐了硼—稀土缸套的生产方法和生产工艺。 The cylinder bush is the most damageable part in slurry pump in petroleum drilling machines and the efficiency and quality of drillin are affected directly by it. The research and result to make cylinder bush of slurry pump with boron and rare-eath copermeation are introduced- It is showed from the result that with higher wear-resistance of boron-rare-end co-permeatcd layer under grain abrasion condition, the cylinder bush has longer life, besides shople tCchnology and low cost, than the duo-metal bush with highchromitun cast iron as inner lining. The producing method and technology for the boron and rare-earth co-permeated bush are recommended.
