深化课程改革 提升特教质量 被引量：3

摘要 新年伊始,国务院办公厅转发了教育部等七部门制定的《特殊教育提升计划（2014-2016年）》,这是我国特殊教育领域的又一个重要行动.《提升计划》将“提升特殊教育教学质量”与“提高普及水平”和“加强条件保障”并列作为三大重点任务.很明显,“提高普及水平”和“加强条件保障”解决的是残疾儿童少年“有学上”的问题,提升残疾教育教学质量解决的则是让残疾儿童少年“上好学”的问题,让他们享受到更加优质的教育.
