在分析煤炭物流发展背景的基础上,阐述铁路物流与煤炭物流的区别,针对煤炭物流企业的发展概况、煤炭物流发展现状及存在问题对铁路发展煤炭物流的需求进行分析,提出铁路发展煤炭物流亟需增强节点控制能力、煤炭储配能力、运力整合能力、物流网络构建能力、电商平台服务能力、物流咨询能力等6个方面的能力。

Based on analyzing the background of coal logistic development, this paper expounds differences between railway logistics and coal logistics, targeting with general development status of coal logistic enterprises, current status of coal logistic development and its existing problems, the paper analyzes the demand of railway developing coal logistics, and puts forward that railway developing coal logistics needs enhancing 6 capacities, including node control capacity, coal storage capacity, capacity of traffic capacity integration, capacity of logistic network establishment, service capacity of e-business platform and logistic consulting capacity.
