针对铁路货场作业的信息化现状,提出铁路货场信息化系统设计目标,阐述铁路货场信息化系统的货调管理、装卸作业管理与质量监控、专用线管理、货运服务体系4个功能模块,提出铁路货场信息化系统设计结构,包括接口系统、货运基础作业系统、货运安全监控信息管理中心、客户服务、统计查询等。

Targeting with informationization status of railway freight yard operation, this paper puts forward the design object of railway freight yard informationization system, and expounds 4 functional modules such as freight transferring management, loading operation management & quality supervision, management of industrial sidings and freight transport service system. The paper also puts forward the design structure of railway freight yard informationization system, including interface system, basic operation system of freight transportation, safety supervision information management center of freight transportation, customer service and statistics & inquiry, etc.
