摘要 案件管理部门作为检察机关的新设部门,对强化内部监督,提高办案质量和效率有重要作用。应对其职能进行清晰定位,对其内部机构予以种类设置,还须理顺与其他业务部门的关系,从而规范检察机关的案件管理工作。 As a new department in procuratorial organs ,case management department is important for strengthening internal supervision and improving the quality and efficiency of case handling .We should make a clear orientation for its function,set up the classifications of its internal organization ,and rationalize the relationship between it and other departments so as to regulate the case management work of procuratorial organs .
