摘要
2012年修订的刑事诉讼法在非法证据排除、简易程序适用两方面均有较大的改动,这些修订刑事诉讼活动带来了较大的变化,特别是对公诉活动影响较为明显,公诉部门应当抓住刑事诉讼法修订的契机,积极研究应对措施,确保刑事诉讼活动有条不紊的进行。
There are great modifications on illegal evidence exclusion and application of simple procedures in Crimi -nal Procedure Law revised in 2012 .Those modifications have brought great changes to criminal activities ,especially to public prosecution activities .The public prosecution department should seize the opportunity of the modification of Criminal Procedure Law ,actively study the countermeasures ,and ensure the orderly conduct of the activities of crim-inal proceedings .
