语言的合理运用对制作高质量的判决书有至关重要的作用。文章阐述了判决书对语言较浅层次的要求,即要避免错别字及语句不通,语言表意要明确、无歧义,语言表述要规范、通俗、庄重及精炼等;同时论述了判决书对语言较深层次的要求,即语言描述要客观真实,繁简得当,语言要有很强的论证说理性。

The reasonable use of language is very important to make verdict with high quality .This article discusses the language requirements of verdict with a low level ,such as avoiding typos and incoherent sentences ,clear ideo-graphic language without ambiguity , and regulate , popular , grave and refining language expression .Meanwhile , it states deeper language requirements of verdict：the language should be objective ,true,simplified properly and also have very strong arguments about the reasons .
