摘要
以炼铜烟灰制取硫酸锌产品,用磷酸盐法、黄钾铁矾法、针铁矿法对产品初步除铁,再用H2 O2 氧化法对产品进行深度除铁,实验结果表明,采用针铁矿法,再配合H2 O2 氧化法,除铁效果良好,酸浸液中铁含量可降至0-01 gL 以下。
Zinc sulfate product is prepared from copper smelting dust. The zinc sulfate procuct is processed using phosphating process, jarosite process and goethite process to remove iron in it. The test results show that better iron removal results can be obtained using the goethite process and the H 2O 2 oxidation process, the iron content of acid leach liquid being reduced to below 0 01 g/L.
