事业单位"去行政化"改革是一项复杂的社会系统工程,需要通过破除"行政事业一体化"组织体制、建立健全事业法人治理结构以及与其他相关改革共同推进才能实现。
The reform of de-administration of public institutions is a complicated project of social system, which can be achieved together by breaking the integration of administration and public service, establishing a sound governance structure of public institutions as well as other related reforms.
