Reformation and Exploration of the Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational College Under Background of Excellence Plan

汽车检测与维修技术专业是高职院校开设较多的专业,每年培养大量毕业生,但国内高技能维修人才仍有很大缺口,造成这种现象的重要原因之一是毕业生换行转业频繁。通过对南通地区汽车维修行业调研,分析学校培养和企业所需学生素质之间的差异,探究问题产生的深层次原因,提出基于卓越技师培养计划的汽检专业培养模式,强调学生职业素质和职业技能的双培养。

Many higher vocational colleges have automobile inspection and maintenance technology program, and cultivate a large number of talents every year, but in our country the talents are still lacked. The reason is that many undergraduates changed their career. Through investigation and research, the article analysed the deep reason of the problem, explore new training mode based on the excellent technician training plan in automobile inspection and maintenance technology specialty, and emphasized on cultivating students＇professional quality and professional skills.
