摘要
可持续发展是21世纪的主题,随着科学技术的发展,国家需要大力发展循环经济,把减量化、再利用和资源化作为基本原则,健全资源循环利用回收体系。在此观念下,垃圾分类回收处理越来越受到重视,特别是社区垃圾分类回收处理,更是成为从源头破解垃圾围城和环境污染的治本之策。通过梳理我国城市社区垃圾分类管理的政策,明确社区垃圾分类的内涵,阐明城市社区在垃圾分类工作中的现状,分析我国城市社区垃圾分类治理的发展趋势。
Sustainable development is the theme of the 21 st century. With the rapid development of science and technology, China needs to vigorously develop its recycle economy and improve the resource recycling system, fol- lowing the basic principles of reduction, reuse and resource. In light of the consensus, garbage sorting and recy- cling is gaining increasing attention of the society. And community garbage sorting and recycling is now regarded as the crucial key to resolve the problem of garbage siege and environmental pollution from the source. This paper in- troduces the current policies regarding garbage sorting management in urban communities, identifies the connotation of garbage sorting, and analyzes the status quo and future development trend of China＇s urban community garbage governance.
