Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design(LEED) is a voluntary rating system widely used to assess the 'sustainability' of a building. It works with credits that can be earned for sustainable features. Depending on the number of points collected, projects are certi ed Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum.
