摘要
维持场地水文的良性循环是场地低影响开发的重要目标。岛屿的生态系统敏感,开发岛屿无可避免要改变场地水文现状。以"排"为主的工程排水方式和针对雨水管理的局部景观设计都无法解决海岛开发的水问题。提出多目标、多层级的雨洪管理策略——通过"建筑—社区—区域—海岛"4个层级调节海岛水量和保证其水质,并结合水量调节、具体景观设计进行说明,以期进一步促进雨洪管理在城市(特别是城市新区)中的应用,从而实现城市的可持续发展目标。
Improving and maintaining the hydrological cycle on site is the key of LID (low impact development). Bringing changes to the hydrological status quo is inevitable during the development of sites on islands, due to their high ecological sensitivity. To solve the water problems in island development, neither engineering facilities aiming at "drainage" nor local landscape designs for stormwater management works well. Accordingly in this paper, a multi-object and multi-level strategy is proposed, which addresses the problem of water quantity regulation and quality maintenance in "architecture-community-district-island" level series. Further practice with water quantity regulation and landscape design cases is then presented, with effort to promote the application of stormwater management methods in urban area, especially the new urban district, to achieve sustainable development.
