摘要 介绍汽车车轮力传感器的研制和数字信号的自动处理方法。该传感器能同时动态测出运动中汽车车轮与地面作用点处的瞬态垂直作用力(路面的支反力)和水平作用力(驱动力或阻力),具有精度高、制造安装容易、计算机自动标定、自动信号处理、操作简单方便等特点。它使对汽车进行载荷谱测试、汽车整车系统动态分析中外激励载荷的确定、零部件的可靠性设计等成为可能。 This paper presents the design and development of heavy vehicle wheel force transducer andits microcomputer automatic digit signal processing. This system can automatically measure the dy-namic vertical force (reaction force from pavement) and horizontal force (driving force or resistantforce)at the point between the tire and pavement. This kind of transducer is characterized by accuratemeasuring,easy making and mounting,automatic calibration and signal processing, and simple opera-tion. This transducer makes it possible to measure the dynamic load distribution, to make dynamicanalysis of the vehicle system and to make the mechanical reliability design.
