Landscape Architecture and Nature

在风景园林的视野中,自然有4个不同的层面,每层面的自然都有独自的特征和价值。4个层面的自然共同构筑了个国家的国土景观。只有了解并尊重不同层面的自然的属性,才能真正做到与自然的协调,也才能更好地维护和发展本土的自然景观。

Nature has four distinct categories（original landscape, cultural landscape, aesthetic landscape and self-healing landscape）-each with its own characteristics and values-in the discourse of landscape architecture. The four categories of nature together describe the nation’s landscape. Only when the value and the distinctive character of the concept of such an nature is understood and respected, can a man-made environment in harmony with nature be created and the nation’s landscape be protected and enhanced.
