摘要
本文对金川公司龙首矿自1995年跨入年产百万吨矿山行列后,在经营形势不畅、能源涨价、技改投入减少等不利条件下如何开展节能工作进行了必要的分析,为国有大型老矿山的节能技改工作做了一些有益的尝试。
