国际事务宣传教育在基层--以甘肃《引洮报》为中心

Publicity Education of International Affairs at the Grass Roots——Regarding Gansu Province's “Yintao Newspaper” as the Center

作为《人民日报》国际报道的缩微版,甘肃的地方小报——《引洮报》在"大跃进"时期的国际事务报道,紧紧结合工程、工地与民工特点,将中央在国际报道方面的宣传思想进行种种地方化的具体实践,从而达到宣传与教育目的。这一时期延伸至社会最底层对国际事务的宣传报道,一方面是中共宣传革命教育思想的重要体现,在形塑民众对外部世界认识的同时强化自身执政的合法性;另一方面又是特殊时期为实现"超英赶美"经济目标而进行的动员民众服从并积极参与其间的重要手段。

As the miniature version of the international report of ＂People＇ s Daily＂ and Gansu province＇ s local newspaper, the international affairs reports during the period of the Great Leap Forward on ＂Yintao Newspaper＂ were closely related with the characteristics of engineering, building site and migrant workers, made several local- ized practice to propaganda the CPC＇ s publicity thought on international report in order to attain the purpose of publicity and education. The publicity report on social lowest class during this period was the important phase of the CPC＇ s revolutionary education thought publicity during which the CPC formed the mass＇ s realization to the outside world and strengthened the legitimacy of its ruling on one hand, on the other hand, it was an important way to mobilize the mass to obey and actively participate in order to realize the economic goals of overtaking the British and catching up with the United States during that special period.
