摘要
田湾二期机组基础由刚性基础改变为弹簧基础,汽轮机和凝汽器的结构保持不变,主要改动为:汽轮机与凝汽器的连接由波纹管改为焊接,凝汽器下部由刚性支撑改为弹簧支撑。叙述了因改动对汽轮机排汽管刚度、凝汽器稳定性、汽缸稳定性和轴系临界转速的校核情况。校核结果表明,所有性能均能满足机组引进厂家的技术要求,机组运行安全可靠。
The foundation of T/G set at Tianwan Nuclear Power Station phase II was changed from rigid type to elastic type , while the steam turbine and condenser constructions kept unchanged .And the major changes in the T/G set consists of the condenser connected with turbine by welding instead of bellow , and the rigid support for condenser bottom changed to spring support.This paper presents the calculations for checking the stiffness of exhaust pipe , the stability of the condenser and the turbine casing , and the critical speed of the shafting in connection of such changes .The calculation results show that all the performances are in conformity with the technical requirements and the T /G set can make safe and reliable operation .
