摘要
将疏水管道划分成多段控制体,依据圆筒壁传热理论建立管道在不同阀门泄漏工况下的温度场计算模型。通过对火电厂疏水管道在不同阀门泄漏工况下的温度场分布进行数值模拟计算,得出疏水管道壁温分布与泄漏量的变化关系,为工程现场诊断疏水阀门的泄漏故障提供理论模型与计算依据。
Based on heat transfer theory of cylindrical wall pipe , the drain pipe in power plant is divided into multi-segment control body to establish the temperature field calculation model under different valve leakage conditions .Through the numerical simulation of temperature field distribution of steam drain pipe under different valve leakage conditions , the quantitative relationship between leakage rate and temperature field distribution of steam drain pipe are established , which will provide theoretical model and calculation basis for on-site diagnosis of drain valve leakage fault .
