摘要
结合某300MW供热机组循环水余热利用工程调试及性能测试情况,对工程基建期间吸收式热泵蒸汽系统接入方案存在的问题进行了分析,指出热泵汽源引出位置受热网供水温度影响、减温器后直管段不足及减温水流量偏小等问题是导致进入热泵蒸汽参数达不到设计值,从而影响工程节能收益的主要原因。提出改造措施并实施,节能效果显著,对同类工程基建设计、调试具有工程借鉴价值。
Based on the commissioning and performance tests of the circulating water waste heat utilization project for the 300MW heating unit,the problem of the driving steam system access scheme for absorption heat pump is analyzed during the project infrastructure,which show the steam source location affected by hot network water supply temperature ,and short straight pipe after the desuperheater and less desuperheating water flow .It is the main reason that the heat pump steam parameters can’ t reach the design value ,thus affect the energy-saving benefits of the project .The proposed measures are offered,and then are implemented , which there are significant energy-saving effect and give reference for the similar engineering infrastructure design and commissioning .
