急性脑梗死患者血清(浆)脂联素、诱生型一氧化氮合酶、内皮素的关系及临床意义 被引量:11

The relationship between serum( plasma) levels of adiponectin,inducible nitric oxide synthase and endothelin and their clinical significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的观察急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清(浆)脂联素(ADP)、诱生型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和内皮素(ET)水平的动态变化,探讨三者在ACI中的作用、相互关系及临床意义。方法选择ACI患者29例为脑梗死(CI)组,健康体检者27例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血清ADP水平,化学比色法检测血清iNOS水平,放射免疫法检测血浆ET水平,观察发病48 h内及入院后10 d前述指标的变化。第一次结果记为"1",第二次结果记为"2"。计算责任梗死灶体积。结果 CI组ADP1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),iNOS1、ET2水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),ADP2较ADP1水平显著升高(P<0.05),iNOS2较iNOS1水平显著降低(P<0.01)。iNOS1水平与梗死体积呈显著正相关(r=0.371,P<0.05)。ADP1与iNOS1水平呈显著正相关(r=0.418,P<0.05)。结论 ACI患者血清(浆)ADP水平显著降低,iNOS及ET水平显著升高,前两者动态变化明显且显著正相关。血清iNOS水平可以反映CI的严重程度。 Objective We observe the dynamic changes of serum (plasma) adiponectin(ADP) ,inducible nitric ox- ide synthase (iNOS) and endothelin (ET) levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI), to investigate the role, mutual relations and clinical significance of all three in ACI. Methods 29 cases of patients with ACI were enrolled as cere- bral infarction (CI) group,27 cases of heahhy subjects were enrolled as control group. Enzyme liked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detecting serum ADP levels, the serum levels of iNOS were measured by chromatometry, the plasma levels of ET were measured by radioimmunoassay. The levels of the aforementioned indicators were investigated within 48 hours of on- set and the 10th day after admission in CI group,the first data were referred to as "1" ,the second data were referred to as "2". The volumes of corresponding infarction were calculated. Results Serum ADP1 level of CI group was significantly lower than that of control group( P 〈 0.05 ) ;iNOS1 and ET2 levels of CI group were significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ), serum level of ADP2 was significantly higher than that of ADP1 ( P 〈 0.05 ), serum level of iN- 0S2 was significantly lower than that of iNOS1 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum iNOS1 level showed a significant positive correlation with infarct volume in CI group(r = 0. 371 ,P 〈 0.05). Serum ADP1 level showed a significant positive correlation with serum iNOSI level( r = 0. 418,P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In patients with ACI,the serum ADP levels were significantly decreased, the serum iNOS and plasma ET levels were significantly increased, the former two levels of dynamic change were obvious and showed a significant positive correlation, the serum iNOS levels may reflect the severity of CI.
