基于专家聚类赋权的PIS能力评价指标模型构建

Establishment of Evaluation Index Model About Personalized Information Service Ability Based on Experts' Weighting

分析了影响PIS(Personalized Information Service)的影响因素,给出了PIS能力的评价指标体系,由于评价指标存在一定的模糊性和不确定性,提出了一种融合专家主观和客观赋权的专家聚类综合赋权法;利用该方法借助Matlab工具对PIS能力评价的各级指标进行赋权;最后对各指标的权值进行合理性的分析。

This paper analyzed kinds of factors about impacting the quality of Personalized Information Service, gave the in-dex system of PIS evaluation. It presented experts comprehensive weighting method based on experts subjective and objective weights according to the fuzzy and uncertainty characteristics of the index, and calculated the indexes weight of the Personalized In- formation Service Ability evaluation with the help of Matlab tool. Finally, the reasunable of the evaluation indexes weights was an- alyzed.
