高校图书馆调查问卷中敏感问题的处理方法

Methods to Deal With Sensitive Issues of Questionnaire in Quantitative Evaluation of Universities Library

在高校图书馆服务质量评价领域,问卷调查的被调查者——大学生有其特殊个性。本文立足大学生的特点,分析了几种常用调查方法在本领域调查中消除敏感性的作用,并分析了它们各自优缺点。在图书馆服务质量调查过程中,针对其评价指标不同敏感程度,从表格设计的角度,给出了减少敏感性的建议。

In the field of quantitative evaluation for the library, the survey respondents （University student） have their special personality. In this paper, the effects to eliminate sensitivity of several survey methods were studied based on the charac- teristics of University students. And the advantages and disadvantages of those methods are analyzed too. In process of investigat- ing the library service quality, from questionnaires point of view, several proposal were given to reduce the sensitivity according to the sensitivity degree of evaluation index.
