摘要
为了明确设施大樱桃在果实发育过程中营养成分含量的变化规律,以“红灯”为试材,对设施大樱桃发育中果实可溶性固形物、维生素C及果实硬度进行了研究。结果表明:随着果实的生长,可溶性固形物含量呈增加趋势;维生素c含量呈“升-降”的动态变化,授粉后35d,维生素C含量达到最高值;果实硬度则呈逐渐下降趋势,授粉后42d左右果实硬度下降至最低点。为了保证果实品质,建议在生产上可将授粉后的35-42d作为判断果实成熟度的拳考指标。
In order to clarify the variation of nutrient content on facilities cherry during fruit development, the experiment with red light as material studied the soluble solids ,vitamin C and fruit firmness in facility cherry. The results show that:with the growth of the fruit, the soluble solids content showed an increasing trend; Vitamin C content was the dynamic change of "up-down", 35 days after pollination,the Vitamin C content was the highest value;fruit firmness decreased gradually,about 42 days after pollination,fruit firm- ness was under the bottoming out. So in order to ensure fruit quality, it is recommended to be 35-42 days after pollination as a reference indicator of determine fruit maturity in production.
