摘要
铝电解槽的槽寿命问题是我国铝电解技术与国际先进水平的主要差距之一。本文从传热学机理、槽结构设计、内衬材料、筑炉施工、焙烧启动及生产管理等方面对造成铝电解槽早期破损的原因进行了全面的分析 。
The potlife of aluminium reduction cell was one of teh main difference between our domestic aluminium eletrodysis technology with the advanced technology in the word. On the respects of thermal conductive mechanism, pot structuer design, linign material, pot builtting and construction, pot baking and start up, operating and management etc. The paper widely analysed the reason of pot early damage and the mainly research derections of extending potlife were discussed.
