国际绿色医院建筑评价体系研究及借鉴

Study and Reference on Evaluation System for International Green Hospital Buildings

尽管中西方国家由于社会性质、经济水平、发展历史等多方面不同因素,在就医方式、医院规模、床均占地面积等指标上存在较大差异,但是各国开展绿色医院建筑的目标以及基本思想是一致的。本文以绿色医院建筑评价体系为研究对象,对国际主要绿色医院建筑评价体系以及我国绿色医院建筑及其评价体系发展在评价主要内容、等级划分、医院建筑特殊指标等方面进行了较深入的研究分析,总结了国际绿色医院建筑评价体系的经验,指出了其对我国开展绿色医院建筑评价标准编制的借鉴意义。

Although there are large differences in social nature, economic level, history of development and the like between China and the western countries, especially in such indicators as medical care, hospital size, and bed area, they have the common goal and basic idea to construct green hospital buildings. This paper carries out a more in-depth study and analysis of the main content, grading, special indicators of hospital buildings and the like of the evaluation of the development of the evaluation system for the main international green buildings as well as China＇s green hospital building and their evaluation system, summarizes experience in the evaluation system for international green buildings, and points out its significance in providing reference to preparing the evaluation standards for green hospital buildings in China,
