摘要
针对利用还原钙生产中的产物渣配制高碱度低硅无碳中间包覆盖剂展开研究。中间包覆盖剂的熔化温度是覆盖剂设计的一项最重要参数,也是衡量一种覆盖剂是否可行的前提。利用Factsage6.3计算软件作为指导,通过熔点测定试验完成了利用还原钙渣配制高碱度低硅无碳中间包覆盖剂实验室研究,确定了熔化温度为1300~1400℃的中间包覆盖剂的合理配制方案:ωcao—40%~45%、ωCao/wAl2O3—1.0~1.3、ωsiO2≤9%、ωMgO=5%~7%、ωcaF2—2%~10%、WFeO+ωMnO≤1%、ωMa20≤6%。并同时对还原钙渣配制高碱度低硅无碳的中包覆盖剂可行性进行了论证。
Utilizing the reduction calcium slag to make high basicity carbon-free tundish covering flux with low sili- con was mainly researched. Melting temperature is the most important parameter and also decisive factor of newly designing covering fluxes. Through using Factsage 6.3 software as guidance and the melting point test experiment, the laboratory preliminary study of utilizing reduction calcium slag to make high basicity carbon-free tundish cover- ing flux with low silicon was completed. And the designing scheme of tundish covering flux with melting tempera- ture in the range of wcao=40%-45%, wcac/wAl2O3 --1.0-1.3, wslO2 ≤9%, wMgo=5%-7%, wcaF2 =2%- 10 %, w Foo +wMno≤ 1 %, wNa2O≤6 %. Meanwhile, feasibility of utilizing reduction calcium slag to make high ba- sicity carbon-free tundish covering flux with low silicon was demonstrated.
